I could finally have fried banana which is one of popular snack in Vietnam. This is the one I really have wanted to eat.
Especially when I watched Koi TV on Youtube my mouth was watering.

Ingredient- I can't find anything harmful
steamed banana with hot and sweet coconut soup
Pour the sweet and a little bit warm coconut soup in the cup
We can order it by Grab
We can find one fried banana street vendor called " Vina chuoi" in district 1 in Google map.
But there is also one more between Lotte mart and Pizza hut in district 7.
Since I haven't had fried banana in my country this was new experience for me to have.
"Vina chuoi" was really crunch and sweet.
When I ordered the fried bananas I also ordered 2 cups of steamed banana with sweet coconut soup.
They were not bad...but too sweet for me.
Several days ago I made fried banana at home. They were good just I got them from oil....but 5 minutes later they become soft....not crunch anymore.
So from now on when I really want to have some I will order ..not make anymore.
